    • Voting Opens: Monday, November 17, 2025
    • Voting Closes: Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at 5:00 PM (CT)
    • Ballots will be available through the community website.
    One (1) seat is available for election to the Board of Directors.
    Election results will be posted on Thursday, December 4, 2025, via the community website.

    Homeowners are encouraged to review candidate information prior to voting.
    🙌 Help Us Meet Quorum
    To conduct the Annual Meeting, we must meet quorum (139 members) either by vote, attendance, or proxy.
    If you cannot vote or attend the meeting virtually, please submit a proxy via the community website under “Online Forms.”

    You can also help by:

    • Encouraging neighbors to participate!
